Good planning for a perfect holiday

Dinner

The gourmet choice menu is served every evening in the dining room and stube from 6:30 p.m. We kindly advise to arrive by 7:00 p.m. so we can guarantee freshly prepared dishes. 

Bar

Our hotel’s bar is open from 7:30 a.m. and serves refreshments for any occasion, from the early-morning espresso to the good-night tipple.

Check-in

On arrival, the room will be at your disposal from 2:00 p.m.

Check-out

On the day of departure, check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Subject to availability, late check-out is possible at a small extra fee. If you wish to avail yourself of late check-out, please inform reception. 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:00 a.m. For late risers, an Italian breakfast with coffee and croissants is available in the lounge from 10:00 to 11:00. 

Dogs

Four-legged friends are welcome at our hotel, but they are not allowed in the restaurant. Depending on room category, rates for dog accommodation range from € 10.00 to € 15.00 per night (food excluded). 

Credit cards & cash point cards

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa or cash point cards. 

Lunch box

At breakfast, you can order our lunch box containing two sandwiches, an apple and ½ litre of mineral water. 

Lunch

A selection of dishes is served at lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

Hiking maps

With a network of trekking trails stretching over 350 km, it might be difficult to pick the perfect hike. Drop by at reception to receive advice or a hiking map of the area.

Newspapers

It is always a good idea to keep abreast of the news while on holiday. Current local newspapers are available in the lounge. Please let us know if you are interested in reading any particular newspaper, and we will be happy to oblige.

cancellation fees

Due to the current situation regarding the spread of the coronavirus, we have decided to adjust our cancellation conditions so that you can book your holiday or keep your existing booking:

 

Valid reason for a free cancellation due to Covid19

If, at the time of the definitive cancellation (up to 7 days before the start of the holiday), the measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus and the associated restrictions on passenger transport are still in force for the period of stay, it would be completely impossible to start the holiday. In accordance with the provisions of the Italian Civil Code, this would mean that any cancellation fees would not be claimed and the deposit paid would be returned.

 

Cancellation of the existing bookings with deposit paid:

In case of cancellation without valid reason in relation to Covid19 as described above, we will apply the General Conditions for the Hotel Industry. This means that the already deposit paidment will not be refunded.
